At this price this is very good hotel but if u pay little more money u can find more good options...its location is good,cleanliness is ok,staffs are good,nice rooms.......but food,bhai mat khana...not good and one more thing they force u to pay in cash not by cards i do not know why???? i will give 2.5 out of 5.

Pathetic A hotel to be avoided at all cost

I've stayed in this hotel 8 years ago and to my shocking surprise the hotel has deteriorated so badly. The hotel industry has evolved but this hotel is still with the old 80's mid range hotel. Rooms: Pathetic would be an understatement. There is no privacy as you can literally hear everything from the other rooms as there is big opening in the top of the bathrooms which connect the two bathrooms. The only thing separating them is a steel wired net. Food: The cook even did not know the difference between french fries and fried potatoes, despite having french fries as an item in the menu. I had to call him up and teach him how to make french fries. The parantha's did not have the stuffing and lacked taste. Service: The water served was just off the tap and we could sense it by its taste. When we complained the reception guy offered to sell mineral water instead. We asked for some clean water but it never came to our rooms. The room service guy also did not seem motivated to carry out customers requests. While checking out the reception did not even have the card machine working so we had to pay by cash. In a nutshell a hotel to be avoided at all cost. Not even worth the discounted price. You will get the feel of staying in a Govt. run dharmashala or a railway retiring room

Paid for 2 nights and left after 1 night. Rock hard beds, no wifi in the rooms and no relaxing lounge area, staff spoke hardly any english, blasting music at 745am, bathroom door didnt close and the sound of a guy vomitting in the next room. Not super cheap either. Avoid.

Rooms are very dated No hot water Stayed here as a group on a tucan travel trip in India - none of the 6 rooms managed to get any hot water in our rooms on any nights we stayed there Also noisy rooms. Not trust worthy - we had a transfer to pick us up at Jaipur train station with tucan tours - our driver from hotel turned up late - over 30 minutes late - when we complained to tucan, tucan then advised us that the driver from the hotel lied and said we only waited no longer than 10 minutes. Disappointing so easily they lied. Not trust worthy. Tuk tuk drivers from hotel very interested in talking you to commission based stores despite paying for a tour without this. Food is ok. Ate lunch here. Better and cheaper across the road though so save your money buying from here. Wouldn't stay again.
